Nut free birthday cake

It's always been a challenge getting a birthday cake which is nut free. Most cakes in supermarkets have the usual 'may contain nuts' warning. However, I have recently come across a cake with a 'nut free' label. It's produced by the 'just love food company' who create a whole range of delicious free from products.

The nut free cakes can be purchased from Sainsbury's but they also have ranges in Morrisons too

. 

The cake itself was really nice and moist with a generously thick layer of vanilla icing and hundreds and thousands. I'd really recommend it for kids and adults alike. It's great to know there's no risk when eating it too!
